At Coco, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene safety standards for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the beauty products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
